Caretaker
- Post Title: Caretaker (Job Share)
- Grade / Salary: Basic Salary: £12,398 actual* Plus Alarm Call Out Allowance & Regular Lettings (*pay award pending)
- Contract Type: Job Share, Permanent -18.5 Hours / 52 weeks
- 3-Weekly Shift Rotation: 6.00am-2.00pm / 8.00am-4.00pm / 2.00pm-10.00pm
- Plus additional Weekend Lettings (4-week rotation)
- Closing Date: Midnight, Wednesday 5th August 2026
