Staff Voice was set up in November 2014. Its primary aim is to give all staff at school the regular opportunity to raise issues and concerns with senior members of staff.
All too often, it is the small issues that can prove the most frustrating, so, through regular meetings (one per term), staff are given the opportunity to raise and discuss issues and concerns with senior leaders and then try to work out manageable solutions together.
The date and venue of the meetings are published on the staff Daily Email and notes made at previous meetings are available for all staff.
