The 26th September is recognised to be ‘The European Day of Languages’. Europe is rich in languages – there are over 200 European languages but over 7,000 around the world. This is an important resource to be recognised, used and cherished. Events took place in school all week. Students attended a language themed assembly and took part in a languages quiz. A bake off and poster competion also took place.
